A collaborative Kanye West's Yeezy and Gap collection will be created by Mowalola Ogunlesi. Nigerian-British designer shared this news on her Instagram. She posted a photo of the new collaboration logo with the caption Design Director of Yeezy Gap.
According to a statement issued to The New York Times, the Yeezy design studio under Kanye's creative direction will produce "modern, elevated basics for men, women and kids at an accessible price point". Yeezy Gap can be purchased in early 2021 in online and offline GAP stores.
Under contract, Yeezy will receive royalties and potential equity based on sales results. Whether the brand itself will keep its value we will find out a little later.
